Life With us

We aim to help fulfil all of our residents’ needs and wishes through a carefully planned and mutually agreed upon plan of care.

This personal care plan will help promote and maintain fulfilment, dignity, choice and independence

Assistance will be given where needed; however privacy, dignity and individual choice will be respected.

We will embrace new ideas and requests.  The philosophy of the home encourages previous carers and loved ones to engage in continued support and to that ends all facilities will be available.  Family and friends will be welcomed to Wisteria Lodge with refreshments upon arrival.  If your loved ones wish to stay for lunch then they are very welcome to do so – however, book early to avoid disappointment!

Maintenance of previous links, hobbies and interests outside of the home are encouraged.  Our activities co-ordinator will aim to help with this if needed.
