Wisteria Lodge is a family owned happy Nursing home and Care home for the discerning elderly and mentally frail over the age of 60. We are a small home with a big heart. Our modest size empowers us to truly listen and get to know and value each one of our residents, enabling bespoke, individualised care meant for the most fulfilling life possible.
Martina Brown, Andrew Brown and their family have provided outstanding care at Wisteria Lodge for 25 years and in that time, have earned a superb reputation with the local medical professionals and the wider community.

Dedicated Day Centre
Wisteria Lodge has a dedicated day care team, which provides personalised daytime care for older people who are living in their own homes who need help with daily living or are needing companionship, TLC or perhaps recovering after an illness or accident.
We provide warm and friendly professional care services and plenty of optional activities whilst promoting health and nutrition with home cooked meals and refreshments.

All our staff are trained to the highest standard, giving our team confidence in delivering specialist dementia care and end-of-life palliative care to our residents.
To further support our commitment to quality, we have introduced a dedicated Quality Assurance Team Leader role. This position has been created specifically to oversee all quality-related objectives, ensure continuous improvement, and support our staff in consistently meeting and exceeding our high standards of care.
