Andrew & Martina Brown

Martina and Andrew have been owners and managers of Wisteria Lodge for over 20 years. They are passionate about quality of care residents receive and always strive to improve the care service provided. Wisteria Lodge has an excellent reputation within the local medical teams and community and they are so very proud of the team.


Lalson has overall 20 plus years’ experience in various Business Management roles abroad and including 10 plus years’ experience in the UK Care Home industry. His role is to provide key support to the Directors and act as a focal point for all departments. Manage administration for the business, including budgets, audits, and various project management. Support documentation and processes for business and financial initiatives.Lalson is qualified to Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Leadership and Management / Business Administration.


Honey is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years experience working within the hospital and the nursing home setting. Honey has been our Nurse Angel sprinkling magic dust over her fabulous nurses and care assistants who take wonderful care of our residents. Honey has worked with Wisteria Lodge since 2017.

Sheeba has over 18 years’ experience as qualified Staff Nurse and is our lead GSF (Gold Standard Framework) coordinator for Palliative Care.
Our registered nursing team are all highly experienced and all have specialities such as wound care, diabetes and Dementia care and continually attend training to keep abreast of new clinical advances.

Wisteria Lodge Care Team

At Wisteria Lodge, our excellent team of carers and nurses make the difference. All our staff are trained to the highest standard and this gives our team confident in providing specialist dementia care or end of life palliative care to our residents.


Anna ( Head Chef) has over 18 years of experience working with Nursing Homes / Restaurants / Hospitals
Anna meets daily and interacts with the residents to ensure we meet their dietary needs / special needs and has been successfully managing the kitchen at Wisteria Lodge

Grace Callingin

Grace Calingin

Grace has over 28 years of experience in the healthcare field and has been working in the UK since 2007 As a quality assurance person, Grace will work closely with the Senior Management Team using quality assurance systems to continually improve the
quality and safety of care and service delivery ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
Grace is qualified QCF Diploma Level 5 in leadership for health and social care


Lynn is one of our domestic angels, she helps to keep the building as beautifully clean as you would your own home.

Our trained domestic staff and housekeeper ensure that a clean, warm and well maintained home from home is provided, one of which we are all proud to work and to live in.
