Andrew & Martina Brown

Martina and Andrew have been owners and managers of Wisteria Lodge for over 20 years. They are passionate about quality of care residents receive and always strive to improve the care service provided. Wisteria Lodge has an excellent reputation within the local medical teams and community and they are so very proud of the team.

Lalson

Lalson has over 20 years of experience in various Business Management roles, including more than 12 years in the UK Care Home industry. Lalson holds a Level 7 Senior Leader qualification and has successfully completed the End Point Assessment with the CMI, achieving Chartered Manager Status (CMgr FCMI) in 2024.

Sheeba Lalson

Sheeba has over 20 years of experience as a qualified Staff Nurse and is our lead GSF (Gold Standards Framework) Coordinator for Palliative Care. She won the National Award in 2023 in the category of Nurse of the Year

Anna

Anna ( Head Chef) has over 18 years of experience working with Nursing Homes / Restaurants / Hospitals
Anna meets daily and interacts with the residents to ensure we meet their dietary needs / special needs and has been successfully managing the kitchen at Wisteria Lodge

Helen Clark

Helen Clark

Helen is a highly experienced team member, working as a Quality Assurance / Care Team Leader. She collaborates closely with the Senior Management Team, using quality management systems to continually enhance the safety and quality of care and service delivery, while ensuring full compliance with the home policy and procedures. Helen is a qualified Healthcare Assistant Practitioner (Level 5)”

Housekeeping Team

Our Housekeeping team keeps the building as beautifully clean and welcoming as your own home. Our Head Housekeeper, Eddie, won the National Award in 2024 in the category of Housekeeper of the Year

Our trained domestic staff and housekeeper ensure that a clean, warm and well maintained home from home is provided, one of which we are all proud to work and to live in.
